Bundling and protection of cable harnesses

Thanks to this expertise, we supply wire harness manufacturers worldwide for European, US and Asian car brands. As a result of our continuous development work, we now offer three different types of tape constructions for bundling and protecting cable harnesses.

Classic tapes

They are suitable for manual or machine processing. They are wrapped spirally overlapping around the cable sets/cable harness areas to be taped.

Hose tapes

In contrast to classic adhesive tapes, tubular tapes are coated on both sides, but not across the entire width. They are also wrapped spirally overlapping around the cable sets/cable harness areas to be taped. The adhesive coating is aligned in such a way that adhesive is wound onto adhesive. This creates very flexible cable sets.

Envelopes

These are rectangular textile sections coated with adhesive strips. They are wrapped lengthwise around the cable harness section to be bandaged. As a rule, the fixing strip is first attached to the cable set, and after wrapping, the wrapping is attached to the cable set with the fixing strip(s). Sealing strip permanently closed. The pure processing time is very low here.
