- Invoice verification and recording of incoming invoices
- Management of open items
- Recording and initiating outgoing payments
- Master data maintenance
- Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Preparations for the reporting system
You bring with you ...
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office clerk or tax clerk or comparable training
- Professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing company (3 years financial accounting)
- confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of English desirable
- a reliable, structured and independent way of working
